Here at family-run Jen's, we base our specials on Stanley's catch of the day. Yellowtail is frequently brought home fresh early morning and so is frequently featured in special dishes such as: Whole yellowtail steamed in lemon butter, fresh herbs and seasoning served in Jen's Secret Homemade "Boiled Fish Sauce" or Whole yellowtail snapper fried and
topped with Jen's Homemade Creole Sauce *  |

During season Stanley may catch anything from Wahoo to Fresh Tuna to Mahi Mahi....specials vary accordingly. |
Please note: Captain Stanley is also available for charters for
fishing or even just a relaxing day on a deserted beach with lunch and drinks!
